We offer ODA-licensed whole bird processing for chickens and turkeys. Bring us your birds, and we’ll handle the rest — scalding, plucking, eviscerating, and shrink-wrapping for a ready-to-freeze, farm-fresh product.

Processing with us means keeping it local and sustainable— we recycle waste by turning it into natural fertilizer that keeps our pastures thriving and healthy. 🌱Nothing goes to waste.

👉Note:We can process out-of-state birds for personal use, but they can’t be resold.

  • No Shipping (For Now)

    We’re not set up for shipping just yet, but if you need your processed birds returned, you’re welcome to arrange your own shipping through a local trucking company.

    A quick note: Our ODA license only allows resale within Oregon, so if you’re planning to sell your poultry, make sure it stays in-state. If it’s for personal use — that’s all you!

    All birds must arrive clean and in good health for processing. We reserve the right to refuse any birds that appear sick or unfit to ensure the safety and quality of our facility.
