Why This Matters

There's a reason local chicken is hard to find in stores.

Processing is the bottleneck.

USDA poultry processing access is limited in the Pacific Northwest - especially for small farms. This facility was built to help independent farms (and us!) bring inspected poultry to market.

Seasonal Processing Schedule

Our poultry processing facility is seasonal and runs during the active growing season.
We are open April through mid-November and closed during the winter.
